From the first meeting to the final result

The first stage of our executive search process is the kickoff meeting with our client. During this meeting, we discuss the job requirements, company culture, and any other relevant information that will help us identify the ideal candidate.

Once we have a clear understanding of the job requirements, we begin our research and mapping of the relevant market. We use a combination of online research, industry contacts, and our proprietary database to identify potential candidates who match the job requirements.

1 - 10 days

Based on our research, we provide the client with a market mapping sample. This sample includes a list of potential candidates, along with their resumes and a brief overview of their experience.

10 -14 days

Once we have identified a pool of potential candidates who are interested in the position, we conduct in-depth interviews to assess their qualifications and fit with the client’s organization. We also conduct background checks and reference checks to ensure that the candidate’s experience and qualifications are accurate.

10 - 21 days

Once interviews and assessments are completed, we provide the client with the first most suitable candidates. The client then selects the candidates it would like to include in the internal interview process.

14 - 45 days

Based on the internal interview process, we work with the client to narrow down the list of candidates to 2-3 final candidates.

Once the client has selected the final candidate, we work with both parties to negotiate a contract that is acceptable to both the client and the candidate. We also provide support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the new hire.
